Wanted to move their internet connection and fixed lines away from incumbent who was overcharging them. 3 sites – Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne 40 staff 32 mobiles and an Old NEC phone system.
Customer had technical problems with on premise NEC phone system. Billing issues with current telco provider. Poor support from incumbent IT support company Overcharged and charged for services they didn’t even use Poor data speeds and Frequent Email and hosting issues.
Customer moved to a new office, NBN connection was delayed and no fixed data services were available at the premises. New office was opening and needed an interim solution to setup data services and troubleshoot problems with emails.
Struggled with slow upload speeds with existing ADSL internet which was affecting day to day operations and voice quality on their VoIP phone system. All vendors the customer had previously spoken to told them that there were no other available Internet options and that they could not get better solutions and Internet upload and download speeds.
Required to do a review on mobiles, data and fixed voice services. Customer was experiencing numerous billing issues and unnecessary services being charged for by incumbent Telecommunications provider. Wanted to move to NBN and discuss phone system options. Wanted to reduce costs and move to a more reliable vendor.
Was misled by sales rep from incumbent Telecommunications provider and sold an on-premise phone system they didn’t need on a 60 month agreement, 4 landlines with expensive rates compared to market rates. NBN data sold and never deployed for a small business that did not need so many lines and sophistication.
